Artist Statement

The imagery, color and composition within my works reflect adversity counter balanced by images of hope or redemption. Diversity of style and subject matter are essential to my personal artistic projection. I refer to the content of my work as “Interpretive Environments”. Common imagery serving as metaphors, transform traditional subjects into evolving states of “Dream Logic”. My working method does not involve the use of any specialized photographic technique, airbrush or any application other than the traditional school of paint, canvas and bristle brushes.
